M. Bob Kao, M.A., J.D., L.L.M, Ph. D. Candidate
M. Bob Kao is a Research Associate in Law and Robotics at York Law School, University of York and a PhD candidate at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London. His research interests include regulation of new technologies, cyber security, maritime law, and insurance law. Bob's research has been awarded prizes by the European Chapter of the International Insurance Law Association and Kyushu University. He has taught American law and international commercial law in Taiwan and China and was a public interest attorney in California. Bob received his BA and MA in Psychology from Wesleyan University, his JD from the University of California, Berkeley, and his LLM in International Commercial Law from University College London.
